Gina's primary responsibilities are managing client relationships and overseeing their long-term financial planning process. In addition to being the firm's Chief Executive Officer, Gina also has the responsibility of being the Chief Compliance Officer. As a founding member of the firm, Gina views her greatest responsibility as "integrating holistic wealth management strategies for the benefit of each client's unique circumstance".

Previously, Gina was the Investment Management Analyst with Smith Barney in Pittsford, NY and has been in the financial services industry since 1998.
